💭If the product has defects not caused by the consumer, the money will be refunded and/or exchanged. Warranty is up to 3 months only. The product must be sent with the original packaging

* Allaniz Jewelry is not responsible for failures caused by poor handling (bumps, pulls, scratches) or poor care of the product. If you have received a piece in a perfect condition but then is broken to being pulled or caught on something, the  warranty will not apply either.
